WHY IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED? CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT WITHOUT IT?

SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED TO PREVENT LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. ECKHAUS LATTA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS AND WILL NOT REPLACE ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. PER THIS POLICY, ALL DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ARE SENT WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

A UPS ACCESS POINT IS A THIRD PARTY BUSINESS LOCATION THAT ACTS AS A SECURE PICK-UP LOCATION FOR UPS PACKAGES. UPS WILL NOTIFY YOU AS TO WHICH ACCESS POINT YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT. IF THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP WITHIN A PERIOD OF TIME, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
