Eckhaus Latta will ship your items within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. To ensure the safety of customers and staff during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we are operating at a reduced capacity, which may result in delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the shipping provider to process the shipment.
All domestic orders include tracking.
All international orders include a customs number. This ensures the package departs safely out of the United States. It does not include tracking when it enters a different country. Eckhaus Latta is not responsible for international costs or customs duties.

We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery date.
All items must be returned in original unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
In order to initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond to confirm your request and with return instructions within 2-3 business days.
We also accept returns within 14 days of delivery date at our New York Retail Store at 75 East Broadway #206, New York, NY, 10002, open Thurs-Sat 12-6. Please note shipping fees are nonrefundable, and sale items and items labeled Final Sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.
