What if the item has been worn, and I'd still like to return it?
The product will be thoroughly inspected for signs of wear, smells, missing tags, and any form of damage. If the item does not meet our standards, we will reject the return.
Why is signature required? Can I have my order sent without it?
Signature is required to prevent lost or stolen items. Eckhaus Latta is not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not replace any lost or stolen items. Per this policy, all domestic shipments are sent with signature required, no exceptions.
What happens if I cannot be home at the time of delivery?
Depending on UPS, several delivery attempts will be made, and then the order will go to a nearby UPS Access Point.
What is a UPS Access Point?
A UPS Access Point is a third party business location that acts as a secure pick-up location for UPS packages. UPS will notify you as to which Access Point your package has been sent. If the item has not been picked up within a period of time, it will be returned to sender.
Who is responsible for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
What if my item is damaged?

What if my shipment is lost or stolen?
Eckhaus Latta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item is lost or stolen please reach out to the shipping courier immediately and provide them with your tracking number. Additionally reach out to shop@eckhauslatta.com.
